I’m assuming you saw a couple in an “intimate love position”.
Research (no reference to be found) has shown that young children cannot identify the couple because they don’t have prior memories associated with such a scenario.
What they do see is nine dolphins in the picture. Apparently, if you can’t see the dolphins within 6 seconds, you are a sex-crazed maniac and you need help. The dolphins are small and dark and one can be found between the female’s arm and her head.
I’m very impressed by the art itself - it must have taken some work.
