Fatty Scorched Peanut Death-Binge
So tonight I’ve been on a scorched peanut binge. Of course, I completely regret it. Here’s why:
In a single, 300g packet of these “Home Brand” scorched peanuts there’s just under 9,000kJ!!! I’ve nearly eaten them all. That’s almost twice the daiy recommended energy intake. Don’t forget to add the ~105g of fat! Holy shit that’s bad.
The only cure is prevention, don’t buy candy! Another preventative is chewing gum - it generally stops you from eating things.
